Aviation | 1910 | Silent | B/W
Reichelt , a tailor by trade, wears a very heavy looking coat which he shows to the camera. It appears to have flaps in (presumably so he can glide / parachute). On the balcony of Eiffel Tower, Paris, we see Reichelt egged on to jump. He plucks up courage and plummets to his death in long shot.
He makes a hole in the ground. Men carry his body away.
