A man in uniform approaches the screen and addresses the audience.
Camera angle is from the drivers point of view in a car which is following another car along a country road.
Driver beeps the horn impatiently.
He attempts to overtake the car in front, however it keeps travelling into his path and blocking his way, preventing him from moving.
He shakes his fist angrily in the air at the car in front.
Again he tries to overtake but as he is doing so he notices a parked car on the other side of the road blocking his way.
Driver beeps the horn again, getting more agitated.
He tries another time to overtake but a car is travelling in the opposite direction and so he is forced to pull back, he then finally gets the space to do it in .
Driver muttered at the car as he passed by and suddenly the man in the other car catches his attention, he proceeds to smile and wave at the driver.
The man looks away very unimpressed with the situation
