Steam train locomotive being moved. Believed to be Stephensons 'Rocket' with it's large funnel, being moved througth streets of London ? to a Museum. A large group of men with a man in a bowler hat supervising, lever the wheels to move it. Just visible on the one wheel is the date 1831. Good close up shots of the locomotive. In the background a horse and cart passes.
Men pulling. Men Moving the locomotive onto a platform and then taking a second platform from behind and placing it infront each time. Horse traffic and automobiles, early cars in the street.
A man opens the front flap on the boiler. Overhead view of the operation and in the entrace to a large building or museum. The funnel is removed. Continuing to move the locomotive.
