Sid Chaplin comedy (he was Charlie's half brother).
Sid in a park. He shakes his bum at two lovers on a bench. He goes to a bar and buys a beer. He sticks chewing gum on the end of his walking stick. He tells the barman to keep his eye on another drinker who comes in, while the bar keeper is distracted he steals his money back out of the till using his chewing gum walking stick. The bar man thinks the other guy has stolen the money. A struggle ensues and the unfortunate other guy is thrown out of the bar.
