Synopsis:

Captain Charles Lindbergh at Croydon Airdrome. Lindbergh's 'Spirit of St Louis' aircraft high in the sky accompanied by two biplanes. Air to air shot of Lindbergh's aircraft. Other aircraft partially visible above and behind it. Flying low over crowds. One of the biplanes lands on what looks like a quite busy airfield with people walking all over the place. Lindbergh's airplane lands. Hoards rush to greet the aviator. A policeman hopefully yet hopelessly holds his hand up to stop thye crowds. Distant shot of Lindbergh in a car as he moves through crowds. Crowd of people look on. Lindbergh stands on platform of the Control tower. Cheering. He and another older man briefly use a megaphone to speak to the crowd.
