Opera House shown from outside at end of busy street. Cars drive towards and away from it. Book on table. Hands seen opening it. Inside are illustrated plans for design of building, very detailed. Portrait of man - possibly designer. Photograph of construction of Opera House. Further photos of construction - differing angles and progress. Statues along walls. Finished building- no buildings around it- street not built yet. Finished building on its own. In hall- people line stairs. (Still photo). Still of invitation to opening night in 1862. Chandelier. Inside. Finely dressed couple. Ladies sit wearing large gowns. Men and women dance in large ballroom. End.
