Ludovic Kennedy introduces, but very drunk Douglas Wall interviews a very drunk Lady Docker who sits in her diamonds 1950's - one of our funniest films !
She discusses the scandal surrounding her " Chapman" incident and throwing wine over love rivals. Both she and the interviewer are both drunk and flirt outrageously, despite the fact that the husband is there. She says "I'm your sweetheart" and "That's not what you told me at dinner last night, you didn't tell me about your wife and nine children". Douglas Wall kisses her hand in the while they shout and call each other names. He says she's enchanting, then admires her eyes. They discuss her husband being thrown off the board of BSA the motorbike manufacturers.
The director is heard trying to bring some order and panicing at what unfolds on live television - very funny
