He arrives in a kilt, takes off his jacket, enters a dressing room, comes out in high heels, a girdle and a bra. He puts on bloomers and sits at the dressing table, he puts on a wig and pearl earrings and powders his forehead. He enters the dressing room and re-appears in a classically cut day dress of elegance. Cross dressing or transgender or transvestite style rather than pantomime dame (a la Hinge and Bracket)
