Synopsis:

Volk's Electric Railway August, 1983 centenary. Good Brighton seafront general views.
Brighton promenade, pier amusements, Madeira Drive, deck chairs. Woman in ticket kiosk dispenses tickets for the Volk’s Electric Railway. The rail carriage pulls out of its station and heads towards the camera.
