People in the snow. Maple syrup is enjoyed. Drawing off the sap from the tree. Collecting the buckets of sap like milkmaids do. Sap is boiled to produce the syrup. Pioneer style over an open fire is shown then the new modern factory. Sap now travels along in pipes to the sugar house. Boiling takes three hours. Then into barrels at the packing plant. Mechanised bottling machines. Tins for export.
