Synopsis:

Possibly Cambridgeshire. Amateur home movie.
Shots of shrubs and flowers: roses and rhododendrons. Very brief shot of a large thatched house in a rural setting, surrounded by trees.
A large country house: ivy growing on the facade. Large numbers of people mill around on the grass in front of the stately home. One women, dressed in a blue suit and hat, with a fur stole, holds a large Irish Wolfhound dog on a lead. Shots of stately home with a lake in the foreground. More people walk across the lawns of large houses, there is a marquee erected in front of one. Cars are parked in the grounds, and a Rolls Royce drives along a gravel road towards a house. Footage of the exterior of various large houses - some with turrets and towers, looking quite castle like. They are on country estates, surrounded by trees. View of a formal garden, with trimmed hedges and bushes laid out in front of a house. This particular estate appears huge, with further trees and fields stretching towards the horizon, beyond the cultivated garden.
A man with a walking stick and a woman walk around a much simpler and basic garden, it has grass walkways and flower beds with various plants in. There are brief views of the surrounding buildings: white washed cottages (perhaps for workers).
