Bear Hunt. Carpathians?
Tyrolean countryside and forest, trees felled. A bear walks through the trees, lots of shots including close-ups. It tries to get honey from a tree and the bees attack him. A shepherd with sheep plays his pipe. The bear catches and drags away a sheep. The men of the village set off up the hills with guns and dogs. The bear eating. The hunters climb through the undergrowth and the dogs are used to track. The dogs find, surround and bark at the bear. The hunter shoots. The bear is dead. It is tied to a pole and carried. They dance around the dead bear and the shepherd who plays his pipe.
