Synopsis:

Paintings hung in a seaside art gallery illustrate life inside concentration camps at Terezin. Artists include Fritta, Fleischmann, Unger, Kien. Crosscut with pastoral / small-town images of fountains, gardens, children playing. Boats. Sunbathers. Local people of every age attending the exhibition and expressing their views on it. Arcade with military games and a crowd with bingo announcer voice over; crosscut with prisoners faces and numbers. (Beecroft Gallery, Southend-on-Sea).
