Synopsis:

Amateur home movie
Denmark. Folk dancing in traditional costume, loading barrels of 'Carlsberg' on ships, harbour market and street scenes from Copenhagen, bicycles, cars, trams etc..
Norway (c.1939). Several shots from close and medium/long-range of
'SS Arandora Star' ( the ship that was later torpedoed in 1940 by a German U-boat, with the loss of 446 Italian lives, POWs being sent to Canada by Britain, Italy still holds Britain responsible for not flying a POW flag as the German commander Gunter Prien, would then not have fired at it )including shots of passengers sunbathing on deck. Landscape features, hot springs, waterfalls. Street scenes from Voss.
