Charlie Chaplin with dog, stealing food from a café stand. He eats a whole plate of buns and the café owner cant catch him doing it. A policeman sees what is going on and Chaplin and the dog run away. They go to a dancehall. Chaplin is thrown out because there are no dogs allowed. Chaplin picks up the dog and stuffs him into his trousers. Chaplin then is allowed in to the dancehall. The dogs tail is sticking out of the seat of Chaplin's trousers. People are shocked that he has a wagging tail. He shows one man that he has a dog down his trousers!
