Synopsis:

Short assortment of musical numbers performed by black American artistes from 1945. Lots of boogie woogie. Maurice Rocco introduces Meade Lux Lewis singing 'Low Down Dog' (partially dramatised, with Lewis playing a downtrodden husband berating his unfaithful wife), Una Mae Carlile singing 'I like it, 'cos I love it' and then sings himself 'Rum Boogie'
