RAF safety film. Vulcan bomber. Control room. Frost warning. Disaster! Flying in a plane. Good view of the run way lit up. The man responsible had the frost warning in his pocket the entire time!! The frost warning comes through and the officer does not pass it on. He stands behind the landing control and listens as the plane crashes. The lights for the fire crew and crash crew go out as he calls them. The pilot confronts him and he pulls the frost warning out of his pocket with chagrin.
