Tippet, widow of the policeman killed while trying to question Lee Harvey Oswald, John Kennedy's accused assassin, thanks the nation for its financial support which has reached $600,000. Announcement is made from Dallas City Hall in which a news conference has been staged. (Very bad sound).
30.9.65 - New York, U.S.A. - Letters of Lee Harvey Oswald, accused murderer of the former President of America, John Kennedy, and the President's wife, Jackie Kennedy, were auctioned today. A collector who bought letters written by both stated that he does not wish to articulate an opinion on his own feelings on how distasteful it is to collect such items. He also stated that he will have to study the letters to discover which one will be the most collectable in the future.
