Book Binding by machine 1970's
Packs of 10 printed sheets are loaded into a collator by a young woman to complete the last section of a book. Use of the 'collator' is detailed, as well as another machine known as a 'vibrator' which provides a perfectly uniform stack of the sorted pages. Punching the page edges is then shown on another piece of equipment. The 'cover-card' is also prepared and then the 'binding machine' is utilised to install the spiral backbone of the completed book. The process is then repeated with more detail and with 'live-sound' only. Book binding.
